Specialty Props
Every photo booth package includes our standard selection of handheld sign props, generically themed for weddings, parties, mitzvahs, holidays, & more. We do not stock themed or wearable items. Upgrade your package to include specialty props that are hand chosen to match your event theme, venue color scheme, type of event, or time of year. Some examples of specialty props we have provided in the past include: western rodeo, 80's themed, winter holiday, wedding specific, class reunion, luau, and many more!
Digital Copies
Many of our packages already include digital copies of photos, which is one of our most popular features. By purchasing the digital versions of all photos taken in your booth, you and your guests can enjoy unlimited access to the images long after the event. The digital files can be downloaded, saved, and shared as much as you like after a one-time purchase. Your digital gallery will include the formatted photos as they were printed onsite as well as the raw 4x6 original images.
Guest Scrapbook
Our onsite technician will assist your guests in compiling a hand-made scrapbook using their photo booth images. Each photo taken in the booth is printed, placed, and signed/decorated by the people in the picture. Don't worry, your guests keep printed copies for themselves too! Guestbook assembly and materials are included and the book goes home with you at the end of the night.
Audio Guest Book
Pre-record a greeting and let your guests leave heartfelt messages with our Audio Guestbook Telephone. This timeless and stylish upgrade captures personal voice messages from friends and family during your event. Afterward, you'll receive a complete digital gallery of all the audio clips, preserving the special messages left by your guests.
GLAM Filter
Add a touch of sophistication to your event photos with our chic, dramatic GLAM Filter. This elegant filter enhances high-resolution images with deeper shadows, lighter highlights, and a smoothing effect, creating a sleek and polished finish. Available in both Color and Black & White, the GLAM Filter is designed to elevate guest appearances and add a stylish flair to your photos. This popular upgrade is available with our LuxPod or HD Tripod Pro Rentals.
Eventographer
Don't rely on your guests to make an appearance in the photo booth! Capture the action live as your guests are enjoying the party. Our professional photographer will roam the venue, documenting candid, fun, and heartfelt moments, as well as any formal events or speakers. After your event, you'll receive a fully retouched digital gallery of all the photos, preserving every memorable moment.
Onsite Slideshow Display
Experience our live, onsite slideshow showcasing all the media captured during the booth's operation! View a dynamic scrolling slideshow of photos and videos from the night, which not only draws guests' attention but also encourages them to engage with the booth. It provides entertainment for those waiting and adds a lively touch to your event. Choose to rent our 55" TV screen or stream directly to a venue TV for optimal display.
iPad Sharing Station
Enhance your event with our iPad Sharing Station, which allows guests to instantly share their photos. This upgrade ensures smooth and uninterrupted photo booth service, as guests can send their images from a separate screen without disrupting the booth's operation. Perfect for corporate events, school functions, and social media enthusiasts, the sharing process can also be customized with branding opportunities to align with your event's theme.
Custom Start Screen
Take your photo booth experience to the next level with a custom start screen! This is the display shown while the booth is idle, waiting for the next photo session. Customize it to match your event's theme or color scheme, featuring images of the guests of honor or fun animations to set the tone. With endless possibilities, a personalized start screen adds a unique and memorable touch to your event.
Full Set of Prints
All photo booth rentals include unlimited onsite printing for guests. Upgrade your package to also include an extra printed copy of every photo for you to take home at the end of the night. This full set of printed pictures would be formatted with the logo design. An alternative option would be to purchase a full set of the raw 4x6 images that would be mailed to you after the event, instead of the formatted designs printed onsite. This is a popular upgrade for clients who choose the photo booth strip images, as the photos on the strip are on the smaller side. A full set of the raw images would mean each one of those small photos are printed and mailed to you in their original 4x6 size!
Video Confessional
Our video confessional booths have captured heartfelt messages at weddings, birthdays, retirement parties, grand openings, and more. Using our HD Tripod Pro equipment, you can record high-quality audio and video testimonials from your guests, preserving genuine reflections of their thoughts and feelings during your event.
GIF Booth
A GIF is a short, looping video that lasts about 4 seconds. This fun addition transforms a standard iPad into a GIF-making machine! Capture up to five images and watch them come to life as an animated GIF. Instantly share your creation via email, text, or social media, bringing your event's energy to life with just a few taps.
Green Screen
Green screen technology lets us place any background you can imagine behind you and your guests. Choose from hundreds of our existing backdrop options, or submit your own custom design. With up to six different backgrounds to select from during each session, your guests can personalize their experience. We can securely hang signs, including neon options, from our tension fabric backdrops. Choose from our selection of pre-stocked neon signs with popular phrases like 'Better Together' and 'Happily Ever After,' or elevate your event with a custom (client provided) neon sign. We supply all necessary materials to ensure safe and professional installation. Your neon sign will shine in every photo, adding a unique and memorable touch to your event!

"We recently used NE PhotoBooth for our son’s wedding, renting the confessional booth. Huge shout out and thank you to your technicians, Ryan and Carolyn for going above and beyond with set up!! We were delayed on our end (service much longer than anticipated and had to shelter in place for a tornado warning). Not your typical kind of scenario 😅. They got creative and had a set up in place by the time we arrived. We booked for beginning of cocktail hour to start of reception. Based on our experience, my suggestions would be; be mindful there may be lengthy speeches, dances, etc at the beginning. You will want guests to have time to visit the booth. Be sure to alert your guests the booth is available for the timeframe rented and briefly explain the process. This will help to get as many guests to participate. Main goal is to get a good turnout for the newlyweds to view and enjoy! My son and new wife loved it (my only regret was not everyone left a message). I did, however, tell people they were really looking forward to them."

Common Questions
Every rental includes a dedicated on-site attendant, setup and breakdown, unlimited photo sessions and prints, a custom-designed print layout with your event logo, a curated prop collection, and an online gallery of all photos.
It depends on your event type, guest count, and the experience you want. For weddings, the Open Air Photo Tower or Mirror Booth are our most popular choices. For corporate events, the 360 Booth or Headshot Booth are great options. Not sure? Tell us about your event and we'll recommend the best setup.
We begin setup about 90 minutes before your event starts, so everything is ready on time. Breakdown takes about 30 minutes after the event ends. Both are included at no extra cost.
We need a 10' x 10' space, 8.5' ceilings for the backdrop, one standard electrical outlet, and a table with linen. One vendor meal and one parking spot per booth are also requested. Wi-Fi is preferred for digital sharing but not required.
Absolutely! We customize the photo strip layout, backdrop, props, and even the booth exterior to match your brand or event theme. Custom backdrops start at $150+. Our in-house design team creates your print layout at no extra charge.
The sooner the better — most people book 6–12 months in advance. We're currently taking reservations up to three years out. Peak wedding season (May–October) books up fast, so lock in your date early.
